mame - this is the emulator. download unzip it and install it.

GameZ - download these files, unzip them into the same location you installed the mame emulator, in the roms folder.
to run these open a dos shell, navagate to the mame directory (c:\mame) then type mame and the name of the game/rom.
for example mame dkong would run donkey kong.
